1. Fees Payable
- All students are expected to make full payment at least one week before the commencement of the scheduled golf lessons, by cash or cheque.
- No refunds will be made once registration is confirmed. Fees are not transferable to any third parties.
2. Bookings
Bookings for lessons shall be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling your Teaching Professional. Booking of lessons is subject to instructor availability.
3. Termination
Should unforeseen circumstances arise, students are required to provide at least one month’s notice to withdraw from golf lessons.
4. Adverse Weather & Safety Precautions
- The golf instructors and the golf authority reserve the exclusive right to cancel or postpone any golf lesson in bad weather conditions for safety reasons.
- If a lesson has commenced and must be called off midway, alternate lessons may be conducted in replacement depending on the instructor’s schedule.
- Golf lessons will continue under drizzling rain provided there is no lightning hazard.
5. Attendance
- Group Lesson: there will be no refunds or make-up lessons for any absenteeism, late coming or cancellation of any sort.
- Private Lesson: lost time due to late coming, or closure of the golf course for any reason, will neither be compensated nor made up.
- All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations not received within 24 hours will count as a lesson.
- Make-up lessons must be arranged directly upon cancellation and in favour of the instructor’s schedule.
- All students are required to undergo at least 4 lessons on a monthly basis. Failure to do so will result in any outstanding lessons being forfeited.
6. Relief of Golf Instructor
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to send a relief golf instructor should your assigned instructor be unavailable.
7. Temporary Discontinuation
Students are required to provide at least one month’s notice to temporarily discontinue golf lessons while away on holiday or for any other reason.
8. Indemnity
It is the responsibility of each student to be covered by insurance. We will not be liable for any injuries or accidents incurred during the time of instruction.
